UP Board Exams 2021 likely to be conducted between April and May, Syllabus reduced by 30 percent
Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) can conduct UP Board Exam 2021 between April-May 2021. Deputy Chief Minister and Secondary Education Minister Dinesh Sharma said, "A lot will depend on the dates of the upcoming panchayat elections in the state. The exam is likely to be held in April-May. A meeting with senior officials is scheduled in the next fortnight where we will take some decisions regarding the board exam dates."
The first pre-board examination for high school and intermediate students is scheduled between January 15 and 25. The second pre-board will held from 1 to 10 March. More than 50 lakh students from all over the state will participate in these exams.
Also, due to unavailability of regular classes during COVID-19 time, the state government had reduced the class 9 to 12 syllabus by 30 percent.
