• • First Download the App from Playstore.
  • If you already have account then click on 'Login with Facebook' or 'Login with Google'. To sign up click on 'Sign Up' button below.
  • Select your Class. Premium subscription is only available for the classes 9 and 10th.
  • Choose ‘Go Premium for 1 year’ Plan.
  • On Payment Detail Screen, If you have purchased the coupon code then Click on the ‘Apply Coupon Option’.
  • Enter the coupon code and click on Redeem.
  • If you want purchase it online then click on Pay option and make payment.

• ❓ My transaction has failed, but money has been deducted from my account and premium subscription is not activated, what should I do?▼
• • You don't have to do anything and Don't worry. If the transaction is completed and we receive your payment, your subscription will automatically get activated and you'll receive an activation mail on the registered mail address. In case it fails, your money will be credited automatically to you original mode of payment(bank/credit card/wallet). We request you to kindly wait for 3 working days. You can write to us at admin@studyrankersonline.com or call us on 011-39238485 regarding the problem so that our team can assist you.

• ❓ My money deducted twice while making the transaction, what should I do?▼
• • In this case, please write to us on admin@studyrankersonline.com with your registered email and details so that we can process your refund. Please note that it might take up to 4 business working days for you to get the amount back in your account.
